Church/Agency Investments

Church/Agency Investments

The Florida United Methodist Foundation offers a variety of investment options for United Methodist churches and agencies that want to practice sound financial planning and faithful stewardship.

Fund Accounts

Any Florida resident, church, organization or business can participate in the foundation’s Development Fund by opening an account with a minimum of $100. Money invested in the fund becomes part of a conference-wide loan pool that provides low-interest loans to United Methodist churches and related agencies for renovation projects, new construction and loan refinancing. At the same time, investors receive a competitive interest rate. Churches get the resources they need to fulfill their ministries, and investors benefit from their own generosity.
