Fund Accounts
Any Florida resident, church, organization or business can participate in the foundation’s Development Fund by opening an account with a minimum of $100. Money invested in the fund becomes part of a conference-wide loan pool that provides low-interest loans to United Methodist churches and related agencies for renovation projects, new construction and loan refinancing. At the same time, investors receive a competitive interest rate. Churches get the resources they need to fulfill their ministries, and investors benefit from their own generosity.
