If you have already set up your online statement access and viewed your account details previously, simply enter your user name and password on the login page.

First Time Logging In

Before logging in to your dashboard for the first time, you must complete an online statement access authorization form. Once the foundation has received the form, a welcome email containing the link for initial registration will be sent to the email address you provided on the form. Select the activate link provided in the email. This will launch a verification page and provide instructions on logging in and viewing your account details. When asked to provide your account code, input your account number (which includes numbers and letters and is case sensitive).

Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password, go to the login page and enter the email address you provided on your statement access authorization form. If the email matches, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
