The Wildwood Soup Kitchen serves the poor, the hungry, and the lonely by providing healthy, nutritious, and appetizing meals to all who request them. We deliver meals to shut-ins and others who are unable to come to the Soup Kitchen. This year, we expanded our service to assist more people in Sumter County of Florida.
Currently, our number of meals is 3,000 meals a week, some in-house and others delivered to homes and homeless people. The need continues to grow every day.
The Florida United Methodist Foundation has been our financial institution for many years. We are so thankful for the opportunity to be partners with them in the name of Christ.
