The recent R-10 seminar offered clergy and their spouses a valuable opportunity to pause, reflect, and prepare for the decade leading up to retirement. Over the course of the event, participants engaged in practical sessions on financial planning, pension and benefits, wellness, and the spiritual and emotional transitions that come with this life stage. Beyond the presentations, the conversations around tables and during shared meals reminded everyone that they are not navigating these decisions alone—there is a community of peers and partners walking the same path.
