We are delighted to welcome Cassandra Fridovich, who joined our team as a Development Officer on September 1. Cassandra joins Cindy in serving our ministry partners and advancing our mission.
Cassandra brings extensive experience in fundraising, donor engagement, community development, and volunteer leadership. Most recently, she served as Chapter Engagement Manager for the Foundation Fighting Blindness, leading fundraising and community-building efforts across multiple markets in the Southeast. Among her accomplishments, Cassandra successfully launched and developed seven new chapters, expanding the organization’s fundraising capacity, volunteer leadership, and community presence.
Her career also includes leadership roles with the American Cancer Society and Core Wealth Advisors. Throughout her work, Cassandra has built strong relationships with donors, corporate partners, volunteers, clients, and community stakeholders. She has also developed fundraising campaigns, sponsorships, special events, and stewardship initiatives.
In her new role, Cassandra will work primarily with our ministry partners in northern Florida while also contributing to our organization-wide commitment to serving and strengthening all our ministry partners. Her collaborative approach, relationship-building expertise, and passion for mission-driven work will make her a valuable addition to our team.
