The Florida United Methodist Foundation is pleased to welcome five outstanding leaders to our Board of Directors. These individuals bring a wealth of experience, diverse perspectives, and a deep commitment to strengthening Christian ministry across Florida. We are excited about the wisdom, insight, and passion they will contribute as we continue our mission of supporting and empowering the growth of Christian ministry.
We are delighted to welcome Rev. Paola Bustillos, who serves as Campus Minister at the United Wesley Foundation of Miami. Rev. Bustillos brings a heart for ministry and a unique perspective on engaging and discipling the next generation of Christian leaders.
It is a privilege to welcome Roslyn Burttram, a dedicated layperson from St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in Orlando. Her commitment to the church and servant leadership will be a valuable addition to the Board.
We are also pleased to welcome back Markita Cooper, a United Methodist layperson in Orlando. Markita previously served on the Foundation Board, and we look forward to benefiting once again from her experience, leadership, and passion for ministry.
We are excited to add Steve St. Clair, a layperson from New Covenant United Methodist Church in The Villages. Steve brings a strong commitment to the church and a desire to help advance the Foundation’s work throughout Florida.
Finally, we are honored to welcome back Jane Zody, a member of Bethel United Methodist Church in Tallahassee. Jane’s previous service to the Foundation has been greatly appreciated, and we are grateful for her willingness to once again share her talents and leadership.
As we celebrate the Foundation’s 60th anniversary and look toward the future, we are grateful for leaders who are willing to serve and help guide this ministry. Please join us in welcoming Paola, Roslyn, Markita, Steve, and Jane as they begin their service on the Foundation Board.
